Don't bring MAG into the argument it nearly killed the FPS genre for me.I can't stand small FPS games anymore.I loved those big battles,small fire fights just don't cut it anymore.
that's only retail and was pretty impressive for a online only game 1 year into the ps3 life.I have no idea how many digital copy's were sold but I assume a good bit.Hell I got a digital copy just so I didn't have to switch disc's anymore.
He means Starhawk and by its purist form he means the ps1 warhawk.
Starhawk was fun but ps3's Warhawk was just a blast it was perfectly balanced.I mean a expert foot solider was just as powerful as a tank are a warhawk. Pilots didn't have to be expert's to have fun in the warhawks but experts could own you.It was one of those games you just had fun playing even when you where out numbered.
I would love another but they better put the knife on the weapon wheel. Knife fights where just addictive crazy fun.

You can not use N4G as a example of any systems community.There are MILLIONS of people out there on those systems.There are not millions on N4G.N4G is its own community and does not represent anything other then N4G.

@Milruka I remember seeing a game that you spent real money for ammo.If I recall you could actually make money also.Winner got some cash, haven't heard anything about it since then though.
As for the topic when I play MMO's I tend not to play other games.I invest lots of time in them and don't really need to pay for PS+ or Live for other games.Having said that I understand there are all kinds of gamers, some cant play one game only for 3 month straight some can.

darkride66 Have you actually tried the game?If not try it for awhile.I didn't think I would like it either but after playing it.I found it to be a enjoyable experience trying to survive.
While it can run on lots of machine's there are plenty of mods that your not going to be able to run on just any machine.
