Did any of you ever play lifeline for ps2 i had a demo to it years ago the whole game was voice controlled thought that was nice back then.but proved you could control a character with nothing more then your voice.
did u forget the PS2 and PSP also make Sony royalties and since most of the games run on multiplatform engines dev cost are not much higher for the ps3.Now not all of there games run on a multiplatform engine but most do and the few that dont make the dev cost back in the 60 dollar price.And if the cost of making games for the ps3 were a problem they could always sell ad space.
@ the new king 74 - 11 minutes ago MS can drop the price when Sony does but the impact it would have on the PS3 sales wouldn't be noticed millions of people are just waiting for a PS3 price drop because they cant afford it and dont want to buy a game system that will need replaced in 3 years.
This game will never be on the 360 Sony gave up GTA4 for this.So it most have looked good.
I would rather have it so i can choose not to see when people log on but can still see there messages when they send them.And this should really be there just so no one can complain.Maybe allow us to choose the size of the pop up (just a little box in the corner with just the trophy icon)and or disable the pop up or sound.
I have one major problem with in game ads and that we will not see any reduction in the price of the game.In truth if games are making the dev cost back with ads then we should get the game for a severely reduced cost.The price should drop by at least 60% of a game without ads.
Angel Love Online is already free on the ps3's Japan store.And plenty of free to play mmorpg have been announced for the ps3 I believe NCsoft has a couple coming to the ps3.
You can say anything you want but the ps3 version will be better there is no argument about that.Just fitting it on to 3 or 4 dvd's will cause that.

They could get this working very easy with the ps3 since it does have a web browser.We will just have to wait and see.
well you have to remember that MS was out all by it self for that year and didn't have any next-gen competition.So for them to be selling at the same rate should tell people that the ps3 is right were it should be.Its not losing to MS as so many people have tried to say,there near equals on a time line.

2x for blu-ray is about equally to 12 for dvds so its really not much slower.And mind you that they will just keep getting faster.At this time in dvds life span there max was about 8x if I remember correctly but your right burning a hundred gigs at that speed would take quite some time.Hell at twice that speed it would still take most of the day.
