The viewpoints have more meaning in Zelda. What other open world game has a physics and chemistry system like botw? What other open world game is the world a character. Where you go to a volcano you go on fire but also all the details. Wooden weapons will go to flame, bomb areas will instantly ignite. Drop meat and it will cook. What other open world game has all these elements.

But that’s the entire point. With a strict narrative you wouldn’t be able to just jump up and confront the final boss whenever you want. So what you want counteracts the whole new and fresh design that botw offers into open worlds and would turn it into every other open world game we have again.
Plus not having a story isn’t a flaw. Now having a story and it being crap can ruin a game. But not having one it won’t effect anything.
Microsoft is stuck. They’d need to put up several games like quantum break before I buy an Xbox. Problem is Xbox fans don’t buy experimental games as much as it’s marketed as a bro gamer console. Bro gamers buy the generic titles.
People who like experimental titles and new ups are going to get a PlayStation or pc for the indies. Too move me away from that Xbox would have to have the same force of ips.

New Zelda’s take like 5 years. Probably wants a remake from a different developer so we get one in a decent amount of time to continue more momentum for the switch without long lauls without zelda
Keep in mind the switch doesn’t need to sell more than the ps4 to be successful.
Selling as much as the 3ds would still be a success. Not many consoles sell over 70 millions. PS3 and xbox360 just barley passed 70 million
I like having both. That’s what fun about Nintendo. There so old they dish out old school 2d classics and than have there 3D iterations as well

He’s right. It’s “open world”. But gurilla obviously as there first open world game had no idea how to take advanatage of one. It essentially plays like a linear game. If you say otherwise you haven’t played it.
There’s not a single reason for you to go off path. Besides perhaps the 4 cauldrons but again the map guides you too them
There is much more that releses if you just step away from the mainstream titles

The towers in horizon are far worst than Ubisoft games. All spectacle. In far cry there is at least some semblance of needing to jump

I don’t know what the interest is with horizon. Some claiming it’s the best game of all time. Even disregarding Nintendo games this year the third parties such as evil within 2 and prey were better. With Sony exclusives I enjoyed crash, gravity rush far more.
I have yet to play persona or nier but from the looks I’d also think those are better
Than we had other smaller hits like sonic mania, and hallow knight. That while small were just better games.

Sony had a phonemonal first 6 months. But than it was just third parties and besides evil within 2 and Wolfenstein 2 most were the crap yearly releases.
Though even considering that I’d both give them a A+. Both were good. Though considering we’re nintendo dig themselves out of I think the grades are appropriate
