John Carmack must be very happy right now.
Enjoy the fact that you won't have to suffer from burn-in. The real problem with the Vita, though, is the lack of a microsd slot.
XII was fantastic, and I'm glad they changed it up after X.
How are "real" gamers going to afford it if they won't have the time for a job? This is one helluva time-consuming hobby to be buying/playing every decent game for every console/PC on release day.
Darth, the Genesis was cheaper than the SNES, and it was released in 1989(2 years prior).
They were doing pretty well up until Crysis 2... The nads these guys had blaming the PC audience for Crysis not selling more than 3 million.
I haven't played it yet, but the setting is so damn enticing.
YES, charming Quest games for everyone to enjoy.
Mmm..I see what you did there.
These "journalists" pander to this audience. Funny, in the film-buff crowd, they love their dvd to blu-ray re-releases.
Sleeping Dogs is excellent, and even better with the HD texture pack that PS4/XBOX One versions will be receiving. Rainy nighttime Hong Kong is a visual feast in high resolution.
That's not exactly true. The original RE is/was available on CD-ROM, but PC gamers will be purchasing the REmake.
Origin has allowed you to do this for a long time, and it's a welcome feature. For instance, I have this crap game called Hydrophobia Prophecy that I would like to banish to the hidden netherrealm.
This is a fantastic remake, and recommended for newcomers. The original is pretty difficult(1986 hard), but it has a much gloomier atmosphere and I prefer the chiptunes in that game.
It is here to stay, but it was most prevalent in the late 90s/early 00s when we KNEW the real-time 3D wasn't up to snuff.
It's not the same audience in most cases, and there's only some overlap. MS has published a crap-ton of their games on PC because they know what's up.
Edit: Forza/Halo are up next!
Dualshock 3 Model A1. It has one hell of a long-lasting battery, tighter sticks, and better feeling button presses. This is the jack-of-all-trades controller and it works for pretty much EVERY SINGLE GENRE(with Realtriggers, of course). It gets a lot of hate, but I'm glad I'm not a part of the majority.
That's true about the newer generations being able to experience this, and the part about self-centered gamers(me me me, my way to the highway). On the film side, if the studios never re-released their catalog, I would have never gotten to watch the Htchhock classics(and in their proper aspect ratios).
Capcom should just do a straight port for 19.99. The cropped widescreen plus early XBONE-like black crush/sharpening filter is not worth the extra 30 bucks.
And her name was Laura Cruz.
