Didn't something similar happen to Sony? I think they actually won their case though. Looks like MS might have to pay those royalty fees ($4 billion) or have their shipments halted then. Motorola: PAY ME!

I thought it was in development until now going off the titles headline lol. Shame though, I really enjoyed Heavenly Sword.
I really hope the next gen consoles do support bluray or have something that allows the developers to have more space for game.

Edit: O.O....After years of saying Blu-ray is useless, LOGICWINS admits that the DVD9 format was holding gaming back (FF13 multiplatform rants) and hopes that the next gen consoles support it. Funny.

I miss when you able to use your mic in public spaces on Home. Those were some of the best moments lol (Lame rap battles, guys hitting on the girl avatars, two people playing the dozens, etc).
Home has really changed. There are a lot of games to play on it now and you're even able to watch full length movie on Home as well.

This game has alot of potential, and it could be a really great game. However the controls might be a bit clunky if unchecked. They could also stand to drop alot of the pointless Cod3ish quicktime events and re-do some of the horrid character animations. Maybe replace scenes like the water sharing and handshake scene over morality decisions like, sparing the crew of a downed tank. I would also suggest adding huge environments like BF3's and make sure there are plenty of customization opt...
