I think Gears of War and Halo is overrated. People here speak as if those are the games of the decade, when in reality they couldn't even win one Spike Game of the Year award. The Uncharted 2 game even has one but get hated on so much here (Has hundreds of awards actually).

Not buying a 720 at launch this year. My 360 broke down on me within the first two weeks. Not feeling MS whole push on Kinect within that console as well. Might just wait out next gen.
Lol, you know something. I could really see MS messing the Starcraft franchise up if they did buy Activision (especially with their new "motion control gaming future" push). Oh the horror!

Knowing MS, we would probably get a new CoD game every 6 months lol. It's all about the money baby.
If MS were to buy Activision and cut Sony out of the CoD games, they'd lose alot of profit (angers investors). I'd be more worried about Activision considering MS handling of their first party dev teams more if anything (Rare).
Edit: Damn, I completely forgotten about Guitar Hero (forgot that Activision owned that franchise). Wonder what happened to it, it was so popular at the beginning of this gen which makes me think, could that happen to CoD if an amazing FPS come...

This is why I always mute or Party Chat as soon as I start a game on Live. Some of the stuff I've heard on Live was off the hook back in the day (racist slurs, anti gay comments, threats on people lives (political figures too lol), etc).

Yeah, and I'm not even visiting N4G one week before The Last of Us comes out. Xbox fans usually go on youtube (people who get the game early from their gaming shop), watch the ending and go around spoiling the game for others because they're angry they can't play it. They tried to do it for MGS4, did it with Heavy Rain, did it with Uncharted 3.
