Yeah, I just saw.

Funny how fast this didn't get approved.
Psxscene just called bs on it as well. The devs are mocking him there and on twitter especially Mathieulh.
Psxscene called it bs again.

"1) This isn't the same exploit as the one Mathieulh tweeted about. Not even by a long shot.
2) This won't do shit, resetting the CPU and leaving RAM uncleared won't help you at allif you can't run your own code at CPU power-on (hint: you can't).
3) This isn't related to geohot's RAM glitch.
4) How can you think someone who mixes up milliseconds and nanos...
Word. This console war bs needs to stop. All predicted systems' sales numbers look solid.
True, it does seem a bit too early for another new batch of consoles (Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo). Just getting a feel for the ones that are out now.

N4G has Cliffy Fever.
Lol, I stop reading at "Soccom". But anyway like I mentioned in the other article. None of the Socom games' graphics were a big or main highlight of the games anyway, but Socom 4 still looks playable to me in motion. It's type of gameplay was always the biggest highlight of the games, much like that of the Rainbow Six games.
Edit: Atleast fix the title and description even if the author did make those mistakes.
@ WayneKerr
Stop with that console war bs man. It's theft no matter what console because it takes money outta the developers pockets after all their hard work. It also hurts the gaming industry.
"Quick, switch the controller port!"
Lol, nostalgia. Those were the days <3 . Great hearing from Doug Stone and that he's still doing voice work (Dynasty Warriors 5, Viewtiful Joe, Code Geass and Black Blood Brothers). Hope he makes a return in the "supposedly" next MGS game.

Idk, who knows. here's what he said.
"I hesitated a lot before tweeting about it, but a bug allows exploiting metldr, the bootloader and 3.56+. I don't intent to ever unveil it. So much for "unhackable" ps3s though...."
@ a_bro
Oh yeah, I almost forgot about the subpoena thing (Geohot's contacts). They probably are watching him as well as everyone who checks in on his twitter.
Edit: "although he states he has no plans to give any further details about it."
Wise move. Think he'll go to Sony with this for one "get outta lawsuit card" as well as a job offer if what he claims is legit? Or risk it?
They can't get on the PSN as of now. So far they can only still pirate games on the old 3.55 firmware.
Sounds promising. Can't wait for some live gameplay footage.
Edit: Nvm, he edited it in (PS3 tag was missing). Just a heads up to the submitter so that I could approve the preview.
Real talk. I need this game. Can't wait to try out the beta.
Sweet, I can't wait for the beta.
Great news but kinda late now. Half of the cheaters can't even get online now (Jailbreakers, 3.56 cut them off). Bans to the ps3 game owners without jailbroken consoles using that changing/modding save files trick will do very good though. Once your console gets ban from their servers, you will have to buy another console to play that game again.
