While it's fairly obvious that nobody will be doomed in the near future, it's more obvious that Nintendo is the least likely to die off. I have no idea why this fact pisses people off. Some people around here are way too emotionally invested in making sure a certain console does not have a good image.

It's true the way I see it.
PS4 has literally nothing unique going for it so it's not like people are choose PS4 over anything else. It's the only sensible choice right now with maybe Wii U being the next one (vice versa for some people).
In the end, Nintendo has the unique system with statistically the best exclusives and they have the best price, but they tripped over their own shoelace when they realized how hard HD development is and have been...
If by that he means there are not many games that really show off the point of the GamePad, I can agree.
That being said, it's not a terrible idea. Once it gets that one game that makes people say "Aha!", it'll be flying off shelves.
