I mean, it better be, right?
You're right, original RE games were always short and so was the Re2: Remake. Difference is RE2 gave you plenty of reasons to go back and play it several times and it felt great each time; RE3 does not. The removal of content and Nemesis' downgrade is nearly insulting, as well.
No, it doesn't. Removing content should never be celebrated.
It is boring. I'm playing it at (what I feel is) a steady, slow pace hoping to extend its playtime and I'm at 4hours and nearly at the end already and it's been kind of a drag. A lot of it feels pretty generic.
Nemesis is a terrible disappointment. There's maybe two really quick sections in this game where he does what you remember: showing up randomly, chases you incessantly, and keeps you tense throughout the time; but after that it's all scripted sce...
Yeah, it sounds like how a real monster would do.
As a guy that has been obsessed with the game, waiting for any news about it for every E3 since 2004, contributed money to the kickstarter during a time in my life when I had very little money, and waited again during its development and delays, the answer is "No". It was not worth it.
The whole point was to finalize the story or at the very least move it along in a significant manner. This game did not do that, not even close. They wasted time and resources on po...
My hero 😘
Okay
@naruga @kreate
The both of you... shut up!
And @naruga... "you can't create atmosphere without colors"???
It's a survival horror game, you weasel!!!
Because, from what I heard and read, it's a slow cooker kind of game... and boss fights are pretty plain -- something that sounds extremely disappointing considering Kojima specializes in them. But, as a fan of games lile Shenmue, I'm good with games that are of a more reserved pace. Though, Shenmue isn't for everybody for that reason.
Yeah, which one?
At this point, with most if not every Zelda game having a similar structure, it's all subjective. Some can feel better to play than others if we're talking about gameplay mechanics. In the end, each one has their own favorite Zelda and will consider that one the best.
Sounds like it's gonna' be emotionally exhausting. I remember getting to the part in the first game (spoilers!) after you go through snow storm as Ellie and kill David in the restaurant, I felt for Ellie. I was exhausted from all the violence and tension. I know violence is in most games, but the way it's presented in TLoU is grittier and more realistic than most and it can bear down on the senses. It did me.
Maybe the one thing I can assume that Konami might not have been liking about Kojima is how Hollywood he was getting. Working with big names certainly must have raised costs for Konami. Just bringing in Keifer Sutherland to replace David Hayter must not have been cheap. Not to mention the guy spoke way less lines than Hayter ever did.
I'd understand that, but then again it is Kojima and big names do attract an audience. You're bound to make that money back if you just let him...
My lazy ass has given up on it. I'm actually quite content with not having to get up and go change the disc, go back to the couch and get the game going. Seeing those damn things stack up with the little space available doesn't help my willingness to continue supporting physical copies. And like the other guy says, how much pollution does that stuff produce? Where are all those old fifa and madden games going? Milllions of them! Where? My laziness saves the world this time. Trump 2020, amirite? 😀
You said Venom is the best Spider-Man movie... I'll go with the other guy and completely stop taking you seriously now
What a weird thought, eh?
They most likely will stick with it. Ninja Theory would be developing the DmC sequel if it happens. Capcom's own devs will handle the original timeline.
Since we already know the premise of the game and we want to play it anyway, here's an advice: Don't read anything. Just look for a release date, get the game, and enjoy. Ignore every news that doesn't simply give you a release date. That's all you need. (Exception exists, of course, if you're one of those people that doesn't care about spoilers)
