Ive worked in the game industry for over 10 years, I've worked on shipped AAA titles and yeah crunch super sucks. You can't avoid crunch in this day and age unless you have a near unlimited funding base with no pressure on a set release date. Crunch happens because publishers and execs set a date or timeline without paying attention to the actual progress of development or state of the project.
Honestly people bitching about crunch need to just shut the fuck up beca...
Ps5 running hotter? Really, thats all such conjecture at this point.
Much weaker? dude look at the specs they are not that different. What do they do with those new specs, output 1080p UI resolution?
If your so concerned with backward compatibility why are you even buying a new console?
Your post is screaming with Xbox rage, and you should be mad. 1080p UI resolution is hilarious on a new xbox in 2020. Microsoft will certainly scramble to update...
I've worked in the game industry for years. I can tell you with confidence that Remedy is not making these choices or these mistakes. They make the game and content. Don't blame them, they did their job and did it well. This is all 505s doing, they have all the Control!
PS Now does have a PC client for PS now and has for years. They just don't advertise it because the focus is using a ps4 to stream games.
man this looks strange
BOTW is an amazing game, but GOOD GOD why does no one complain about the terrible music that plays while on horseback. It is horrible, the entire musical score of the game is completely sub par. It is far from a perfect game. If Ghost of Tsushima has a solid musical score it will already have an edge on BOTW.
Again BOTW has the worst music of any modern Zelda game!
Im stoked, beat RE2 on hardcore. Maybe I will play RE3 on normal if the difficulty is spiked vs 2

This is a young uninformed author of this article who really doesn't understand the game industry but still farts out their opinion like they are knowledgeable. Easy to think things don't make sense when you don't understand them. Who gives these kids a platform to write on?

$10 a month and games are downloadable. PS Now gets the win.
On the large majority of exclusives, Sony owns the studio. Sony pays the employees at the studios wages, completely pays for development. Sony is not only giving tons of very talented people stable good jobs to continue their work but actively supports them and encourages them. Sony is a pillar of the industry and they support so many talented people that would otherwise have to deal with job uncertainty and jump from studio to studio constantly due to budget decisions of whatever publisher t...
well at the very least, you technically could play some of those games for $10 a month and download them to your system and play locally. PS now really is the best deal out there for streaming when you consider the ability to download.
PS now really struggles with marketing, you never hear them mention how yeah it is a streaming service BUT it allows you to download any game locally to your ps4 if that game is capable of running on a ps4, that is huge! So you could pay $10 a month and straight up download a bunch of games and play them locally as long as you keep up your sub.
Camping and campers make the game boring. Who cares about your k/d ratio... you know who, Losers who need a game to tell them they are not a loser. I mean sure its nice to have a good k/d ratio but not at the cost of making the game boring.
It is a game made for an American European audience, its also total fiction. People are so sensitive. Russians where gonna torrent the game anyway.
likely included a bunch of bug fixes including tester bugs that they would rather not broadcast where in the release at launch.
I don't agree. Yeah it was a short game. I ended up 100% it in about 19 hours with goofying around. I honestly had fun and I was sad when it ended. I like sharks and ocean life and I thought the game was fun. Given the limited gameplay the length of the game felt right.
I'm often critical of games but this game just felt goofy and off in all the right ways. I enjoyed the clumsy gameplay. I also liked the sound design and level design of the game. If the game had more content...
