I going to bet few people buy this on xbox, everyone will either buy it on steam or play it via gamepass.

yeah I agree 60fps is just too many frames

Its painfully obvious this level of monopoly is only going the harm the gaming eco system. Like why cant MS just use the money to make studios or acquire talent? The answer is because its not about that its about taking away from the competition in order to succeed. MS is and has been evil for decades at this point.

I would be willing to bet the majority of people will play this on PC.
When the sales come in for this, I feel confident of all the people who actually buy it, most will be on Steam, not on Xbox or on MS Game pass app.

1313 was going to be so much better, you start off as a smuggler and you end up becoming Jengo Fett.
1313 = Outlaws
is the same as comparing Empire
Strikes Back = Force Awakens

I honestly was underwhelmed by what they showed.

Exactly, Kotaku is straight garbage

Kotaku is such a POS site, I wouldn't trust anything from them.

Are you kidding me, how old are you? Microsoft has been a known evil quantity since the early 90s. The shit they have pulled in the past is beyond shady. Do your self a favor and do some research on the matter. Sony has pulled some shitty stuff but they are not even in the same league as MS. Seriously take your own advice and do some research.

Microsoft already has monopolies in plenty of areas do they really need try and make one in the gaming market.
Lets keep in mind that microsoft is trying to create a monopoly, they are not trying to make an even playing field whatsoever. Microsoft has way more shitty business practices than Sony.

They want to buy activation for 68.7 BILLION dollars........... Could they make their own good games with that money sure but that wouldn't hurt playstation which is...

For me the generic gameplay and visuals still counts as an excuse. However I might play this game when its free on game pass, or buy it when its on huge discount.

No one is saying this but MS has the death touch and will end up killing the COD IP for everyone with their ineptitude. MS has been mismanaging games and franchises for the past 8 years. MS is full of know it all execs who have no idea how the game industry works and end up running any potential or good franchises into the ground. None of their recent games that where even decent made anywhere what they should have given the investment.

Meh this game is forgettable

For me personally I'm willing to pay $70, these games take a huge amount of work from many many talented people who have worked long hours for years, and during covid. Paying a measly $10 more is not that huge a deal.

If anyone is not willing to accept the price hike then just don't buy the game. Or wait the years it takes to drop in price.
