Then go ahead and play Fallout 4 on the last gen consoles. Would be mighty impressive.
Succinct, insightful, well formulated argument. Well done.
IMO anybody who is complaining at this point has outed themselves as unworthy of being taken seriously as a gamer.
I agree. I have all three consoles and I have probably used my XB1 more by a factor of 1000+. As far as I'm concerned there is no debate, the XB1 feels like home whereas my PS4 feels clunky and inaccessible. Plus the best exclusives are on xb1, and the online service is sublime.
Well that's awfully... deterministic. You realize that reporters have already had hands on time with the Minecraft Hololense demo, so your statement "not for games" is already provably false.
I'm new to Playstation, but I'm going to pass. No online is a big turnoff. I dont care for a narrative driven slog fest.
Maybe it would help if you cried about it some more?
MP is the only thing I'm actually interested in. A standalone DL of Uncharted 2 & 3's online mode as a digital title... 20 bucks... I would get that.
downloading a 25 gig file is never a snap. Used to take me half as long and a hundred disk swaps to install big PC games, and that was before having to download them. I am happy to wait for a great game to download and install.
I imagine you will try to tell me that you can fully download a 25 gig file in a matter of seconds, because you are from outer space.
I have tons of games I love to play. Waiting 3 hours for a DL and install means nothing to me. Your i...
Lol. you really expect anyone to believe that? You think you're the only one with a PS4? You're going to tell me that PS4 takes "seconds", where Xbox One takes "hours".
This is why this site is barely good for more than a laugh. People lying through their teeth on a regular basis to prove some misguided point. Real nice.
5 hours? Titanfall? Jesus. I was able to download the digital version of The Witcher and it was ready to play in exactly 3 hours including DL time. That's 25 gigs. I assume the physical version would take half that time.
Cant help but feel like this issue is exaggerated. Maybe not great, but I have never felt like installing games was a chore... besides launch day, that is.
Seems a bit low. Personally, I think the game has been slightly overrated, though thats just my opinion. I have pretty much stopped playing in favor of games I have owned for months. Game is intimidatingly large and has begun to feel like hitting those unknown areas is a chore.
I win. As far as I'm concerned, the "winner" of the three platform makers will be Microsoft. There is no alternative. I can see people who prefer JRPGs and Japanese games going with Sony, and younger ppl going Nintendo. My bullet riddled fuel-injected western blood obligates me towards MS' games.
yeah... its a friggen box.
I agree, would be happy to see this deal end. Sick of seeing COD as the opener at E3. Sick of the games, AW was my first COD game since BO2 and it was so completely underwhelming that I doubt I will ever go back to the series again unless they make massive changes.
Too many great shooters and games coming for COD to be hogging the limelight.
I read the Battlefront issue last night. Some great info on the game. Also had a huge 6 page feature on Elite Dangerous, which sounds friggen sweet. Been reading OXM religiously the past few months, they always have good features.
I'm excited too. Linear action/adventure isn't really my thing, but I have heard that there are gameplay elements and powers we havent seen yet. Could make thing extremely interesting, keeping a close eye.
...Did you REALLY just compare The Order to Fallout...?
Aaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahaaha ha. Desperation stinks. Just give it up already.
If there is one GoW remaster that I buy this year, its GEARS!
I get my updates updated on the reg.
Announce some 1st party exclusive games with an online emphasis and some staying power. That's all I care about and the only thing that will redeem them IMO. Wild looks good, Tomorrow Children looks good, give me a shooter or something. SOCOM would be nice.
