ESRB, just like the MPAA give out good ratings to big companies and punish the indies.
PEGI has 18+, ESRB has the AO rating.
ESRB's AO is legit.
That is what I did, I made a UK account.
Perhaps in Europe where it is allowed to have 18+ games.
