Video games are free speech in the US the government can't censor them, only the ESRB can do that.
Twisted Metal, Spiderman and other media was censored after 9/11.

I went through 7 warranty replacements before I gave up and went to the PS3. On my 3rd PS3.
Some games are censored for some regions so people import the uncensored versions.
