Synapse looks good, and I'll definitely be picking up RE4 when the VR mode releases. Crossfire is a no go - that developer does not have my trust.
Two weeks, Phil. It's time to show more Hellblade 2.
Finally, they directly came out and said it would be the full game (main story at least). I've been waiting to hear that!
Yep, getting this.
I wish Fracked would come to PSVR2 also. I'm looking forward to Synapse though.
I thought there was some good stuff there. Not mind-blowing, but good to see an extended gameplay of Spider-Man 2.
I just started the game and got through the initial few missions. It's shocking how "old" the game feels. Like an early FPS that couldn't figure out stealth and fluid movement properly. It's not the worst game, but if I hadn't known it was a Bethesda/Microsoft game, you'd never convince me this was made by a triple A studio.
I've played a few hours and, for the most part, enjoyed my time. However, it feels bloated with too many fetch quests (though, I admit, they seem mostly relegated to sidequests). I'll probably end up mainlining this one, since the story and atmosphere is holding my attention.
Well, I can't disagree with that.
Yeesh, what is going on with Xbox lately!?
I'd like a demo of this before buying, but it looks interesting to me.
Incredible! Can't wait to play this.
I think this is the correct answer.
Looks like an old-school stealth-action game with a LotR theme. I'm looking forward to this.
Agreed. This would be helpful to know.
Congrats! You're going to have a blast! Some of the most thrilling experiences I've had in gaming have been this past week when playing PSVR 2. Rez is awesome, especially with eye-tracking aiming enabled.
The game is great in VR, but I did encounter a bug within 10 minutes of starting up a new game. Oh well, it's still a blast with the new VR controls!
Bought it on Xbox and the performance mode was not smooth at all, very choppy. I switched to fidelity mode and I'm now playing at a stable 30 fps. I wish the 60 fps mode was stable, but it does look really good on fidelity mode. If you have both systems, I'd recommend getting the ps5 version over Xbox.
In other news, water is wet.
If we got a new Astro Bot, or even a remake of Rescue Mission, I would be beyond excited. Let's hope that happens. Sony needs to do more to support this platform.
