Most reviews have been giving solid reasons for low scores. Bad graphical pop ins, bad performance especially on base PS4, plethora of glitches, bad writing, audio glitches, annoying mechanics like using up fuel during fast travel so you need to stop in the middle and get gas... and there has been plenty of other things people have mentioned with the story itself.

Yeah a 7.5-8 is where I'm at as of right now. Certainly not a bad game, but it's certainly nothing super special that I'd drop other games to play right away. Luckily there isn't much else I'm interested in at the moment so it's getting my attention that way, but honestly if I haven't finished it by the time Rage 2 comes out, I'll probably drop it and then come back later.

Well they did just purchase like 7 studios. So, yes, they are spending it on making games.

Achievements didnt replace cheats or secret levels... micro transactions did. Achievements are used to give you a little reward for doing something unique in the game or hitting milestones.
