The online aspect is the >>>WORSE<<< part of the game. Compared to the SF2HD Remix it takes tooo long to start a match and given the fact that I have 4.8mb down and a 1.8 mb up, every person I challenge that has even a mediocre connection causes the match to run in slide show mode. Absolutely atrocious.
The expanse market share of PCs to consoles are HUGE. I will guarantee the PC userbase will way... WAY... better.
1) Asia + internet cafe + SF4 = GOLD
2) The PC version will sell on a slow burn and will be the gold standard on the PC.
For the simple reason that 90% of the titles you played from the PS2 to current era were developed on PC developed game engines and the sole reason we have the constant graphical push we are enjoying now on consoles.
Any good ones you know of?
I absolutely HATE piracy but DRM really needs to be corrected.
Do you really want split screen type Co-op or would you rather have Crysis like Co-op? Open. Advancing the story from different directions.
Do you really need to see your buddy or would you rather he circle around back and expand the killzone as it were?
Co-op as it stands is like "Press Start P2" which is insanely easy to add and dumb at this stage. Killzone: Liberation had it and it for the most part plays like a proof of concept for KZ2.
So what Co-Op would work? Co-op similar to KZ1 A.i. controlled Co-op to the point were player interweave; start at the same point but don't end at the same point necessarily. Example.
The sniper missions where one player is sniping in one building while the other is tr...
I walked into my local Gamestop and I think they got rid of the PC section. Whats up with that?
I actually respect him more NOW then before. huh. The guy has a set of brass ones.
Gamespot typically works with "Retail" Copy only for multiplayer games to get a grasp of what the game will be like. Playing on isolated servers skew the experience. and its no big deal. Guaranteed Gamespot won't be the only ones with late reviews for this game.
1) Yet another DRM media device when Amazon, Walmart and now Apple proved non-DRMed music sell better.
2) Did not allow you to mount the device as a drive.
3) Not enough backing. Microsoft gave it slightly better than HD-DVD treatment.
4) People realized that the Zen Micro, Acronis, and smartphones made for a better experience.
the very idea of an all inclusive community based game since (if I'm not mistaken) requires an Xbox Live Gold account. While any PS3 owner could play LBP online.
1. Play the first game (which controls extremely well on the PS3)

Why odes he care? Has he been eying one all this time?
Does one title REALLY determine "Best Year in Gaming?"
4 titles. PLENTY of replay value. 2007 was very hardcore.
Mario Galaxy, RE4, Warioware, Super Paper Mario, Zak and Wiki, Metroid Prime 3.
who can argue. :)
I have to say 2008 was better for me because I bought all the games I wanted, but when I go to Game$top I can't help but look at all the games I couldn't get on the PC, DS, Wii, PSP, PS2, PS3, and 360. Literally EVERY console had AAA titles. One test I would put out there as a measuring rod is:
Name two AAA titles from the same genre on the same platform that had to compete for public attention?
And so my best example is Orange Box, Hal...
I already pre-ordered Killzone and I'm hoping Gran Turismo 5 proper is released.
Dangling really good drugs a mile away (PC) and dangling halfway decent drugs at arms length (console). Any crackhead would grab whatever is at arms length.
