I would like to pop in this discussion to clarify something. A recent update to Killzone Shadow Fall was posted a day or two ago about the FPS of Single Player. It's now using an unlocked framerate system like God of War 3. In other words, it no longer runs in 30fps, it runs much higher than that or 60fps sometimes in Single Player.

True but if any device is using usb for chat, it will require a firmware update from said companies like Astro and Turtle Beach for both Sony and Microsoft which will come post launch. All headsets will be compatible for in game audio but chat will come a bit later.
Glad you assume it's just PS4. They also mention in the Article Microsoft won't either from the start and requires an adapter (which won't come out at the start either). Also all headphone makers said that a firmware update will be needed - Astro said it, Turtle Beach... have you not kept up with the stories so far on n4g?

@cunnilumpkin I'm not going to disagree with you that the graphics on both will not even be able to touch the graphical refinement that is standard fair on PC (again, I game on PC, go on exophase and check my steam profile da1writer1985).
I'm simply stating a fact that the article was based on a comparison between the PS3/360 builds against the defacto PC build - NOT the XB1/PS4 builds. I was replying to the original commenter that he is wrong in regards to consoles, ...

Hold down the PS button on your Vita after launching the game. A new menu should show up, press the Settings button next to the game icon. Here you can adjust touch screen controls, disc speed fixes (Spyro), and Fullscreen video resolution. Let me know how'd it go :)
