A few customers at my GameStop have been very curious about this one. Seems like a shame it'll get lost in the clutter of all of the big shooters and Skyrim/Zelda all coming out at once.
Cool, I'll have to check out Hydrophobia since it's free. =)
My big games this month are UC3, Skyward Sword, and UMvC3, personally. I'd swap UMvC3 for Mario Land 3D if I had a 3DS. But I don't yet.
Yea, and then it'd just get ported to XB360 a year later with all the DLC bundled in. =P Pretty much nothing third party feels exclusive anymore between those two systems.
Thanks. This was my first big-name review for this site, it was an honor to tackle it. The game does have a few minor issues I touched upon, but as a whole, it's such a well-produced experience that these issues hardly do anything to mar it. Painstakingly crafted single player, deep and varied multiplayer...You can't really ask for much more from a game these days.
I'd rather go back and play more Left 4 Dead than more Dead Island. That game got dull and boring quicker than I would've liked. =(
Oh, so this takes place between RE4 and RE5? Didn't know that. I plan on getting a 3DS eventually and really like the last two I mentioned, so...I'm sure I'll give this one a spin, too.
Definitely curious about this one. I like Monster Hunter AND Dark/Demon's Souls...
I'm cautiously curious about this one. Guess I'll wait until we can see more footage of it and how the reviews pan out.
"Highly anticipated?"
Yikes...
I think there's a lot of market left in this kind of region for them to expand into.
This journaler don't afraid of anything.
It's unfortunate that the campaign seems confused and unsure of what to do with itself, but at least the multiplayer sounds different enough.
Kevin Butler is the greatest marketing campaign I've seen in the gaming industry in quite a long time.
Glad I haven't seen much of that stupid PSP kid.
I Have No Mouth and Must Scream, huh? Weird. Sounds pretty freaky. Only game on this list I haven't heard of.
I loved Fallout 3, and Skyrim still looks badass. So I'm still mildly interested in playing it. Just as soon as I somehow get a chance to inbetween everything ELSE that's coming out.
Fact: Not all reviewers can (or NEED) to play entirely through a game to review it.
Problem: There isn't a lot of transparency about this in reviews and thus people EXPECT things to be a certain way.
This is what happens sometimes as a result.
Glad to see this is getting the reviews and recognition it deserves.
I consider stuff that's 10 or more years old "retro," I suppose, with that specific word.
I don't really know what I want because the only Rockstar games I've bothered to play enough of to see the credits are Bully and LA Noire.
