Dude nobody cares. People are still playing last gen consoles and they hit their fidelity ceiling long ago.
"Unlike consoles, PCs never have to fear the lack of power to run games unless you need an upgrade." Your state is still false. You make it seem like you have to worry about your console have the power to run games. Developers aren't going to design a ps4 game that the ps4 can't run. All Ps4 games now and future ps4 games will run on all ps4s without upgrading anything.
You have it mixed up. PC have to fear the lack of power to run games, consoles don't. With console developer know the specs of every ps4 and xbox 1 are the same so they design the games with these specs in mind so if it runs on 1 ps4 it'll run on all ps4s. With PC there a thousands of different configurations which is why they put the system requirements at the back of every PC game. For you to see if your PC had the "power to run the game".
Doubt it. First you have to buy a Steam machine $499 for the cheapest version plus the oculus rift which will probably $200-$300 the most. That roughly $700-$800 dollars not including games. The oculus isnt going to help the steam machine one bit. The problem is that there are 13 steam machines and people who aren't PC savvy will most likely be confused.
Yeah when the T-rex breaks through the window in the office. No matter how many times I play that part, even though I know its coming it still scares. That says alot when a game with outdated graphics can still scare the shit out of people.
You do realize that you're telling somebody on the internet to get a PC. I'm pretty such if they're on the internet that they already have a PC. Plus buying a PC or even building one and buying the game on steam will still cost more than just paying $60. Best to just wait for a price drop. If the sales are low then they'll have to drop the price.
Its not acceptable period. Especially if its a single player offline game.
If visuals like this is considered low end then we need rethink our definition of low end. We both know that the Ps4 and X1 are not low end. Low end PCs cant run Tomb Raider with tresfx turned on.

Yes it was a joke.
Now what about fighters, racing games, flying games, action adventure. I've played Street fighter 4 on PC with a keyboard and it was literally painful. Kb/m only works for a couple of genres. A controller may not be the best for all genres but it works for all genres.
I played this game when it came out. I stopped playing online cuz I kept being Left 4 Dead.
@Dragonknight and ChickeyCantor
Which is why I asked a question.
Same here.
The game's title is also misleading. Is called " the legend of zelda" One would assume you play as Zelda. Speaking of which why is it called "the legend of zelda" when pretty much every game revolves around Link?
They'll most likely censor the U.S. version.
Well if darkwing duck says so then it most be true.
Dude ATI elite and decrypt are to 2 biggest PC fanboys on this site. You can't say anything positive about a console without them getting butt hurt. So don't waste your time trying to talk sense to them.
The problem console gamers have with you PC elitists is the pure ignorance you guy spread about consoles holding back PC gaming when none of you have been able to prove it. If you going to tell consoles gamers to stick with consoles news why don't you also tell PC elitist like decrypt to stick to PC news huh?
Call of Duty run 600p and upscaled to 1080p. Look how well those games sell. The Ps3 and 360 were hyped up as being HD console at the beginning of last gen yet most of their games now are subHD. How many people do you hear complaining about it? Most console gamers don't even know what 1080p means. Plus realistically a dev is not going to make a game's resolution so low that if its upscaled its a blurry mess.
