Why do you assume PS3 will out sell 360 by 18 K a week? Do you realize according to VGChartz, PS3 outsold 360 by over 200K in month of Dec. (That's on avg. of 50 K a week, however it'd be jsut as wrong to assume just cause PS3 outsold on avg. 50 K a week, that'll it'll continue to do so every week).
Looks like they'll be alot of home information coming in the next few weeks with this conf, GDC, etc.

True, but it seems MSoft will have lots of news at GDC this year, where it seemed last year Sony had alot news at GDC (Home, LittleBigplanet).
Sony had a Press conf. at GDC last year, don't think they have one this year.

Yeah soo many good memories from Mortal Kombat, I think Killer instinct had some gore in it, maybe nothing on the level as Mortal Kombat, but for a Nintendo "produced" or cosigned game (Yes I know Rare made it), it had blood spilling out fighters like it was water (Arcade version), and it had finishers as well.
Hmm It's pratically all Nintendo games...
And Phantasmagoria how did this game go on to become one of the best sellers in 95? The hell? Especially when retailers refused to stock it, and it got probably an AO rating (Or was this before ESRB).

Yeah it was stated tht Toshiba bought the spot for HD-DVD promotion (or atleast that's what it's led to believe).
IT shall be interesting what HD-DVD does with their big Super bowl spot, and I wonder what the Rumbling of a big "killer" announcement is?

Your not the only one who feels that way. I feel the same way, that the proble with publishers, they see some success of a title, and it's auto sequels (rush job) to cash in on it's sequel
Those PS3 numbers are nice, but it's still getting smoked by Wii, and these numbers (software wise) just don't match up with 360 numbers in North america. But Baby steps.
It seems to be for all europe (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.), plus the like Australia, and whatever other region consists of.
Plus remember Burnout came out at the very end of that week (A few days sales, not a full week sales).

Yeah surprised ps3 software is doing well in Europe (But then again, it does look like the trend). Totally surprised that PS3 version of COD 4 charted higher than 360, which is rarely the case (Even in europe).
