Interesting concept of basically betting on if your going to win or not. Sort like the online porker craze, but with an FPS game. Is there team play, imagine the possibilities. Imagien if some noob cost the team 10 K or something, man that'd lead to some kind of trouble.

What does it matter, Valve wants to offer it free... What does Gabe working for MSoft have to do with this? He (His company) it's up to Sony and Msoft to set a price (OR no price).
IF Sony is smart, they offer it for free, and put the pressure on MSoft. Why? Cause Orange box sold way more on 360 than it di on PS3.
So if they both agree for example to sell it for 5 bucks, 360 will no doubt make more/larger profit on DLC, than Sony would. However if Sony offered it free, then 360 would be forced to make it free as well.
It's interesting to see if Rockstar could go independent, but they don't own the GTA rights...so they'd lose that.
