Forget Steam, where are the games?! I haven't wanted to by any PC-only game in forever. The PC-centric type games are dying off, rts, tbs, et cetera, as well as many others appearing on consoles with more than adequate graphics. I couldn't care less for the majority of little indie games. Bigger games like the Chernobyl series and all that were awesome, but where are those games in the last few years?!
I'm actually asking by the way, if someone has a game I missed...
Aren't Destiny and Borderlands NOT persistent open world games, i.e. you walk through the same areas which have respawned the same enemies after a few seconds as if you've had no impact on the world in any way?
Crycom
Evolve does look good and they are making something "newish" too. Kudos to them.
We should buy it, all of us here on N4G, institute a voting system for what games will be made. Kickstarters.
Street Fighter - Resident Evil - Dead Rising mash-up.
Awesome, if they keep up digital price matching i will continue to preorder stuff unabted in the future on psn.
So set pieces and LESS actual dynamic destructibility made the game more difficult to develop... k
Sell that engine cheap, what's to lose? Maybe someone will make an awesome game with it.
I don't know any other group that has used it and produced anything memorable.
Hmmm 5 dollars or 13 dollars... too rich, I will wait until they are 0.01 cents and 0.05 cents respectively. All your early adopters must be loaded...
More like bolt in the elevator to greatness meanie ;(
I don't actually mind paying what I did for THIS game, but something else might have been an irritation for sure. I'm usually not so impulsive :) but hey it's THE LAST OF US!!! And they seem like they are putting some serious work into it for a remaster.
Still no excuse, if they amended their preorder policy they'd only have happier customers.
What REEEEALLY doesn't make sense, is that these downgrades seem to be hitting PCs as well, which is crazy. Like disabling/hiding/removing features which could have been simply given an on/off toggle or a slider or something to control if there are performance issues.
I preordered on the fly only because I HOPED it would have come out like in a week or two after it went up. Will wait in the future for better deals.

Please?
I'm confident the 5 month delay had nothing to do with improving the performance/visuals of the PC, PS4, or X1 versions, but rather in getting the PS3 and 360 versions to run at all.
I cringe to think what the game was like five months earlier near the original release window...
Wow... why does it look so terrible? Is the PS4 and X1 version amazingly different visually?
Not to bring down the mood, but I didn't find the Knack "universe" or characters all too endearing.
Just didn't connect with it, or the style.
Personal op
Technically neat though
Think they could do with a few more genders to be honest...
Expensive with no built-in recording and sharing functions, more or less hassle free updates and patches, et cetera, et cetera..
I do wish RTS and TBS games would make a come back :(
RTS and TBS used to be favorite genre, but Civ games gone down hill and others nothing special, Rome and all those. Others like C & C dying off.
Loved Chernobyl series... but then they all split I guess and the Metro stuff is similar, but not the same as with open world. Too short.
So actually it doesn't sound like I prefer console games, so I shouldn't "stick" with them.
