graphics for me is a big deal. obviously other things should be a bigger priority for games first, but you would be surprised how much better a game can be with great visuals. it adds immersion and that's what i want in a game. counter strike to me is obnoxious to play now because of those graphics despite the good gameplay.

the thing looks hideous. wii's motion controller looks better than this thing. it's not because of the orb or whatever, but what's the deal with the analog nub in the middle of the d-pad and face buttons? that doesn't even look like it could work properly.

please, the gaming market has shrunk a lot for PC gaming. and not only that, most games you find on the 360/ps3 are pretty much on par with most PC games aside from the task-intensive games like crysis or whatever. FIFA, Fight night round 3/4, mirror's edge, dead space, battlefield games, and then they're going to be releasing brutal legend (which has a killer metal soundtrack), dantes inferno (awesome sounding story), and madden 10 is sounding like a pretty good improvement for the series. yeah, EA is rebounding a lot now.

metroid series is probably my favorite nintendo franchise. i wish more devs would handle their games like they did with metroid. metroid was awesome back in the day, it's awesome on handles and tributes to the classics, metroid prime series was an excellent reboot, and now the other M is looking phenomenal. i love the originality with the metroid games so much it's not funny. see, there's nothing wrong with being daring and trying something new.

also, the game is going to be great regardless. i'm not a huge racing fan, but it looks really good. anyone who complains about the graphics are stupid.
however, it's really not definitive when another racing sim is doing a little bit more. like twice as many cars on a track online. not saying 8 online isn't fun, but it really shows which console is doing more work. GT5 is literally doing twice the calculations ...
no excuses, the game just flat out sucked. probably the worst story i've ever seen for a FPS. FR should just go back to the timesplitters series because those games were excellent. funny single player and an assload of replayability. i'm dying for a new timesplitters game right now.
