what the hell?
i got the game itself. didn't pre-order it. the games are awesome and i'm glad to finally play the first GOW, but i'm so pissed that i can't play the demo.
):(
network storage? would that mean some server would hold on to all of my data? if that's the case, then thats STUPID! not everyone plays online so it sounds like it would be virtually impossible to save games.
you call these 1080p HD screen shots?!
*knocks over trash can*
hey, you obviously dot your GOW 3 code working, but why isn't mine working? i've entered the exact code hundreds of times and it just won't work. is there something wrong with the codes?
this premium service is kind of confusing me. i mean there is already the qore subscriptions so why would there be another premium service unless sony got rid of it? i don't see the point of having Qore and this new service existing at the same time.
that's a "wtf boom!" moment.
EDIT: @stan lee
yeah the care packages can be pretty funny. i've seen a whole bunch of random care packages fall on my teammates from nowhere. the best one i saw was when i died for the game winning kill in team deathmatch. it sucked losing, but i never seen a game winning kill like that before.
well it would be nice to have a demo you lousy b*tches! give a dog a bone for crying loud.
on that note, wasn't there a FF13 demo not too long ago? what happened to that?
i heard it was running in-engine just like the ratchet games or UC1. since the cut scenes are running on a script with no AI or real time physics, bungie can upgrade the lighting, texture models, and polygon count. even though the graphics aren't running in-game, it at least won't look bad since the differences aren't too bad between the rendering methods.
with that being said, i don't think it will look substantially better than killzone 2 (if at all), but there is still plent...
i don't think you completely understand what's going on here
not trying to be a douche, but halo games are heavily known for glitches so i wouldn't say bungie does the best job at polishing them. COD and Halo used to piss me off all the time because everytime i'd join a game some little kid asks, "hey, do you wanna glitch?" instead of trying to help me out kill some people.
it's not a real big deal since the game isn't broken, just saying.
hell yeah, queensryche! love that band. everyone should listen to "queen of the reich" for a hardcore metal song.
don't see why you guys are complaining. 2010 is already packed so i hope it comes out in 2011. i really hope killzone 3 will be the same case as well.
something tells me you get your ass cremated in killzone 2 lol. i've played both and i know CS is definitely a hardcore shooter, but so is killzone 2. they're difficult to master in their own ways. i will say CS's fanbase is extremely dedicated and full of borderline psychopaths, but that doesn't take away the brutal nature of killzone 2.
wow, this looks pretty slick. i'm interested.
halo: reach looks like the next gen halo i was wanting in 2007. i don't know if that cutscene was in-game or not, but it looked and sounded great.
f*** the intel, i hate searching for that crap. i'd rather have riddles from batman or shoot emblems like in killzone 2 (although killzone 2 also had stupid intel.) it's just a cheap and easy way to include more trophies for the player, but the intel does nothing in aiding the game and it's story. maybe if you could unlock some other stuff, i'll be interested.
footage looked solid to me. i loved it when the ground was shaking with that shrieking sound going off in the background. pretty cool stuff there.
these devs have always been pretty good at setting an atmosphere in their games. max payne used to be a little freaky so i'm glad to see the way alan wake is progressing.
play indigo prophecy. that is all
