GOW3 will be amazing. can someone tell me whether dante's inferno comes out first or not? i'd rather play it first then GOW3.
don't really care about the comparisons, but kratos already looks like a CGI model from the demo and it was released during E3 months ago. i'm more than positive that GOW3 has made leaps and bounds over it's demo showcasing.
things I hate about gamestop:
* it needs a cosmetic update. it looks so plain and tired.
* useless/nerdy employees. sometimes i would rather go to wal-mart and talk to some non-electronic savvy person to buy my games.
* all their specials and discounts are for used games only.
* if you do get a used game, you're risking the case being in terrible condition or worse yet, you get a generic case with some bullshit comic cover.
* 5 bucks off for used games? ...
i don't think they're evil, but they can be some grade A dumb f*cks sometimes. the one i go to has the most obnoxious employee i've ever seen. he talks crap about the game you're going to purchase if he doesn't like it and if you argue with him, he'll just talk forever until he finally gives up or you buy the damn game. i was trying to get infamous, but he said it sucked and that i should get batman instead, so i did it because i knew what was going to happen if i didn't comply. luckily, ...

you can spawn in on a squad leader if you set up a squad in KZ2, although i find it useless half the time since other people are always throwing spawn points or the fact that the maps aren't too big to travel through.
i think kz2 should take a battlefield approach as far as map design and gameplay modes go. it's too one dimensional sometimes where everybody just runs in the center of the map ...

kind of ironic, don't you like MW2? with joking aside, what god of war lacks in depth for combat, it excels in a great story. bayonetta, DMC, and NG lack a real story to be engaged with and i only see those titles being fun for the fighting and that's it.
now if GOW had a lame story and the same fighting mechanics, then i'm sure no one would give a rat's ass about the series. luc...

yep, gotta admit valor is pretty bad ass. i used to be with raven during the private beta, but valor's weapons and armor are a lot better.

completely agree on the weed call signs. i used to smoke a lot back in the day, but something me and friends always hated was when people bragged about smoking it. it usually means you're new to the stuff and don't know what the hell you're talking about and can potentially get you or your friends in trouble by association.
and i don't care about all the lazy punk ass kids online who use the call signs either. something about it is just annoying.
good point. i guess i'm thinking more in the lines of graphical hiccups or framerate issues, in which MW2 doesn't have a problem with.
you really have to be the worse players on earth if you need glitches to win in MW2.
geez, quit letting fanboys get under your skin. i always see some lame comment complaining about 360/ps3 fanboys or how the site is over run by a particular group. you're reading into it too much. i remember a while ago it was impossible not to see articles such as "top 10 reasons the ps3 is a waste of money" or "sony to drop out video game industry?"
if it's any consolation, the site always shifts back in forth on what kind of people comment on here.
kind of sad that MW2 won so many awards. it's a good shooter at best, but you would think reviewers would penalize it more for it's technical inconsistencies. i won't even mention all the games that reviewers dock points for lack of originality and/or technical issues.

paratrooper isn't a class, you're allowed to parachute in battle once you take out the enemy's AAA.
it's crazy how Kratos looks like a CGI model. if santa monica can make the environments and other enemies look like CGI as well, then Uncharted 2 will be dethroned from the graphics king.

actually it's the exact same demo believe it or not. the aliasing may have something to do with your own tv settings as i had to set mine a few times to make it look like the pics from the article. just imagine how much better it looks now.

and killzone 2's online was awesome during launch. everybody used their mics and tried to coordinate strategies with their classes. it's not like it as much anymore, but it was amazing when it first came out.
