You have Developers saying it, the media at large saying it. DVD isn't enough for GTAIV. DVD+No install isn't enough for GTAIV.
Yea the ps3 has the better version because Sony had mind to add a HDD to every console. MS had it right with the First 360, but it appears they took step backwards ...

Yeah DLC is fun when it takes 30 seconds to load eveyrtime you move. With ridiculous popin, framerate drops.. and RRoD. I mean how bad can an entire fangroup get owned? Wasn't GTAIV supposed to perform better on the 360? LOL. Everyone knew it wasn't because the ps3 is the SUPERIOR HARDWARE. This proves it, once again.

The PS3 version was said, and has been confirmed to:
-Have less popin
-Better Anti Aliasing
-Faster loading
the 360 version is as good as the PS3 version, but it cant keep up performance wise. All in All its still 10 for graphics because they are top notch.
360 version gets more DLC when resistance2/killzone2 comes out.

Look, both versions are great, and will sell well. The Game system with the most users will sell more. No reason for it to continue being debatable.

If I was sony, I'd advertise this with GTAIV for the Casuals. Everyone loves the motion crap, and I dont think most people know the PS3 has motion titles.
