Neither of those games are triple A. For Japanese games coming to America they are AAA, but they are not AAA games. AAA games have bank to back them.
These games are between indie and AAA, "AA" if you will.

If you haven't seen 4K it is awkward to try to show, if you haven't played a shooter online it is hard to show how fun that can be in a demonstration.

So, the same games they sold on PS2 and then sold on the PS3 are being sold again on the PS4. And if you already own the disc or digital version of the game they say piss off?
If the rumors are correct about PS2 emulation, they are also going to announce that each generation they want you to buy the same game again.
