I’m a huge PS fan and see some really crazy head in the sand stuff here.
Just for a heads up, over the past year Sony has made a number of baffling decisions. The games released this year have been great so far but their have been alot of worrying decisions.

PS would always be home, but I’d like to get gamepass to try out games that I generally wouldn’t drop $30-70 on.
Only have Mac sadly (for work). I do plan to build a PC in the future but right now I only game on PS5.

a) State that you are making a horror game “that starts with S and ends with L”
b) Do cryptic image reveals with characters that look like Solid Snake
c) Hype the world up for a “real time trailer” that is 4 seconds
Doing those things are incredibly dumb and you are just asking for a HUGE b...
I mean saying your horror game title “starts with S and ends with L” is just inviting pressure on yourself.
To then afterwards post a photo that looks like Solid Snake… You know what you are doing.
Then have the gaming world hyped and release 4 second trailer with no additional information is pretty dumb.
They want the attention. I blame Hasan and his team, if they’re even a real studio. They deserve no sympathy.

I have no problem with killing in games. Currently play GOT:DC, FF7 Intergrade and R&C… That’s alot of killing!
But I feel like the games industry can be soooo much more. Here we have an interactive medium with almost photo realistic graphics and almost every single big budget production has killing as a central mechanic? Again and again and again. Is there nothing else fun?
