even if Killzone 2 was 480i, it would still take a massive dump on anything on the xb360.

They have moved Halo wars launch date about 3 times already, to exactly the killzone 2 launch. and then demo the same day. and now an exclusive Halo Bundle for Europe only, where Sony will release a Killzone 2 PS3 bundle for Europe only as well....

i didn't know it was bad to R&D. You make it sound like it's better for 1 person to R&D than 100.
Of course the PS3 needs more money and more people to R&D for, its not an easy-bake over like the xbox 3sh*tty.
developers actually have to work to get the best result out of the system, and guess what? that work is what makes Killzone 2 take a dump on gears and halo.

I hope this was an act of needing to get their 5 bucks back for a quick fix and not so much they didn't want the game after all. There has been nothing but positive hype about it anyway.

like the article that questions whether Killzone 2 will bring anything new to the genre, and as if, if Killzone 2 DOESN'T, then it will be graded poorly.
However, these questions were not asked when Gears of War 2 came out, whether it added anything to the 3PS genre or if Call Of Duty WaW brought anything new. Those just slid right on by. Then upon second thought, people realize maybe those games were graded too nicely.

it's harder to play older games because the newer ones are just so much better.
The only games that I've been able to play over and over again many years later are Blizzard games.
