that's where the speed of the RAM comes in. and thankfully the XDR is much much faster than the GDDR3 that the xb360 uses.
For non-volatile ram, you might as well just be page flipping on a high bandwidth SSD.

but apparently to some reviewers like IGN, Resistance 2 (9.6) is better than Killzone 2 (9.4) and Grand Theft Auto IV has better graphics (10) than Killzone 2 (9.5).
These web sites are either scoring Killzone 2 too heavily just because it's not "Halo" or "COD" or they scored games like Resistance 2 too high.
IGN has lots of inconsistencies, like they said Motorstorm 2 was clearly better in every aspect than the first one, yet they gave it a lower score.

i would ask IGN.com is if they think Resistance 2 is better than Killzone 2, because right now their final score says so, and I highly doubt Resistane 2 is better than Killzone 2.

i think I am currently doing a better job at marketing Killzone 2 alone than Sony is at the moment, when Sony DOES market seriously, they do an insanely great job.
I don't think a customer would have come up with that epic "Play B3yond" videos they had during the initial year. The "HighER Definition" and "Smarter" videos and the rest of them were the best marketing videos for a console I have ever seen!
i think most people are more excited to play as Helghast than the ISA. But who can blame them? The Helghasts are epic, brutal, and scary.
