Only if cod players don't switch over. They'd have to be extremely loyal to intentionally skip out on their favourite pass time
Maybe at the start. But after casual cod players realize their cod games have switched to Xbox they will move over. Most will have no problem changing to Xbox.
Only Xbox fans weren't aware of this. Most anyways.
...denial is strong in N4g
@madlad
Broke down sounds right.
It has gems, will have rune words, similar combat to D3 but better and less cartoons, has more varied environments in the first hour of the game than D3 has in its entire campaign....not sure simplification is the word there.
So I take it you don't get a horse in the first part? I didn't focus on the story quests but you're supposed to get a mount i believe. Walking from a to b is not an issue with the mount.
As far as the barb being weak....I'm sorry but that's just your build...or lack of one. I wrecking things with bleed and rupture combo.
And with rogue I was wrecking things with knifes and shadow, flurry and shadow imbuement.
Didn...
No simplification at all..not sure where you heard that. The biggest con would be that it doesn't feel like a diablo and it's more like an MMO.
Beta was fun ..i spent most my time trying to level to 20. In the open beta I'll be questing most of the time instead.
April fool's isn't here yet buddy.
You're showing your lack of age.
Whats grim is that concensus is to buy up 3rd party IP and thats suddenly perfectly fine.
So which is it? You making it exclusive or not? More gamers or less gamers? Get your own facts straight.
So now they throw shade at successful playstation games years after release...how original. Nobody writes an article on the few exclusives microsoft has had over the years.
Gotta agree. Only had server issues on my end...doesn't feel like a diablo game though.
@kignick
All people in higher positions are supposed to lead others. Leadership 101. As far as MS not leading there studios ...thats not an assumption, its fact. Otherwise their studios would have done better thus far. They cant lead and have no passion for the gaming industry.
@tapani
The game released quite a while back...any bonuses would have already been handled.
@madlad
Except he's not being disingenuous. It was supposed to be a massive comeback ..it wasn't. A new open world exciting to explore and play in...it wasn't. A comeback for the multiplayer of halo... it wasn't.
In all instances it was an epic fail at what it was trying to achieve.
They also removed features present in past halo games.
It only managed to make the gunplay feel okay. But in reality they just brought it bac...
We could also opt for common sense. If I'm a developer and choose not to release on the biggest console market....I've obviously been paid to do so.
However, the other way around isn't necessarily true. I don't have to have been paid to save money on development and testing my product in order to release on the smallest console market
Coming up with better IP is a result of talent and passion. MS doesn't have that but the studios they've purchased may. Thing is they don't know how to lead studios. They don't even know how to manage them.
I don't think anybody is arguing against you here.
Yes. These sports games would actually be a similar example to cod. Many will shift to another console if it stops showing up in one of them.
Except I'm counting one game from Sony as a 1st party..all others could come to Xbox if the devs wanted them to.
Whereas because of recent acquisitions Xbox has tons of IP, that were intended for playstation as well, releasing exclusively on Xbox platforms and not PlayStation.
