Agreed and well said. It is why I enjoy digital much more, although the security they use for games can rear its ugly head.
I like Sacred 2's way of doing things how you can use a key twice and when you uninstall it that it can free one of the key uses back up. But it is great to have something physical in your hands. For me it just depends.

Also it should bring down production costs (you would think) as for the box and discs wouldn't be needed and for it to ...

Yeah, we exist. That's all I really have to say on this subject.

So says Owen Wilson <_<. Sorry it looks like him in the picture.

Anyways, I like having a boxed copy of a game, but if I can get a digital copy (at least for PC) then I'm fine. Just put it onto an external hard drive and you're good to go.

well said, It really is fun until you hit inferno as the gear that drops is entirely too low, including it being garbage most of the time. Nerfing the chests and lootables was a bad move since I love clearing that stuff out and seeing what drops. It was like a meta-game in doing so as well. Not anymore.

lol I have two, almost three (52ish DH, 60 Monk and 60 Wizard). I love how people say Inferno is supposed to be hard AND IT IS admittedly, but in the wrong ways.

I haven't been playing for the longest time anyways. I just don't see much a re-playable value once each character hits level 60. It's fun up to that point but that's all, at least in my opinion.

I'm having more fun with the other games I need to play anyways.

Yes. Because when you are a developer you want to do everything you can to get that sale. Then there's the people who won't pay regardless of enjoying the game in its entirety...and it's sickening.

Both resolution and frames locks is horrible. If they didn't want to do the port then they shouldn't have done it at this point. We aren't playing our games on CRT monitors anymore...so in the least they should have made it so there were or are many or at le...

I'm holding onto my money much tighter now so.
ANYWAYS, with Borderlands 2, Black Ops 2, Halo 4 and many more of those other games that aren't released I am sure people are holding onto their cash as well once their preferred game gets unleashed.

Thank you CD Projekt RED. You definitely know how to treat people that are customers the right way <3. You will be giving The Witcher 2 longer life with the editor as every company that puts one out alongside the game bundled with the tools live a legacy.

I can't wait to see what people can and will do with this thing.

"they follow the console trend where day one dlcs, skin packs, locked down unmoddable games are the trend"

agreed entirely. I'm amazed and happy Steam has brought out their Steam Workshop and is actually making it so much more simplistic in sharing created content by other people! that is definitely a step forward there.

Companies not distributing a game editor are doing their game a disservice in trying to control and restrict what games people...

LOL to be honest I know a friend who bought the camo pack, all I could do is shake my head. =/

Agreed 150%. I bought Halo 3 maps, I bought MW1, MW2 and Black Ops content...I am done giving those types of DLC my money because in a way it isn't worth it, it was fun to play with friends, but at the cost...hell no. Expansions, yes of course it is worth the money when enough content is put into it and is content-enriched and complete. Bits and pieces for DLC to try, and for some successfully, squeeze more people for their paychecks is not something I am going for anymore. Especially bei...

the trailer was amazing. I'm hoping to see a more in-depth look at their slot/point system and a trailer for the zombies mode. zombies is still fun to play anyways at least for a run through every now and again. I would LOVE to see it at some point have something put in like a difficulty scale mode or no-down time zombie wave mode.

Off-topic: CoD4 had the arcade mode, I'm picking it up sometime one of these times for campaign and to screw off with that. Modern Warfare...

Definitely a game I'd support I just haven't yet, but I have played the open beta weekends a few times. Seeing how they added end-game map scrolls to use for their end-game mechanic it is amazing although I have only seen them in videos on youtube I love how random and how you can modify them to be easier or harder as well with other different variables.

The monsters in this game are not to be taken lightly either.

People are dicks, people are close-minded, not all but a number of them =.= and hold their beliefs close to their heart and just won't let people be :S. Of course those people being the extremists.

I wouldn't mind a character being lesbian, straight, gay, trangender or anything...in my opinion if placed in the right game and with the right dialogue it can be done very well.

So much love with this post! :D

It is nice to get DLC for a game you enjoy, but in the PS1/PS2 era there weren't any patches or dlc for the game. I love the achievements method as it is somewhat of a progression or challenge system.

For me though, I got sick of paying 60$ a year for the multiplayer component, then it was 60$ for the game, and probably x$ for the DLC of that game...But, that is mostly because recently there aren't a lot of people that...

I wonder how low the graphic settings are set for PC if it is "not far behind" the PC version or if it's just pretty much the same across the board.

lol no kidding. Now it's like looking at prices of actual shopping @__@. I like not having to convert cash to points but I'm not used to seeing real costs on items on xbox yet.

This means we won't have those points left over now though? or are we going to be doing account balances still? (400=5$ on account etc.). Probably not and I'm probably over-thinking it lol.

Heh there NEED to be windows, well not really, but I hope they keep to their own map design and don't use the logic that Modern Warfare 3 did with their maps .It's not all that hard to toss a grenade or if someone is idiot enough to remember they are in that building, window or just the area in general if they are goofing off and catching people there. Maps are really fun with vertical gameplay to them.

Modern Warfare 2 was THE first CoD game I was addicted to, campin...
