Unless they have seriously upped the speed of blu-ray drives, I kinda think most game on the PS4 will need to be installed as well.
Why do you think many games on the PS3 had to be installed or at least a portion installed? Blu-ray drives are too slow to stream that much data as the game needs it.

That's cute. I just replaced my AMD card with an Nvidia one. Why? Got tired of shitty drivers with stuttering and compatibility issues,and just all around inferior performance. Imagine how awesome the consoles would be with an Nvidia GPU.

Do you want the consoles to cost in excess of $500? It isn't just as easy as making it BC. With both console using completely different architecture this time, the only efficient way to make BC work is with including extra hardware to do the job. Ask Sony how that worked out for them.
