AC is one of my favourite game series, but after playing, i didn`t find any HUGE improvements over previous iterations.
I recommend you to try find a way to play AC6, because you might get dissapointed too.

Why do you think, people would spend additional money for one more system, since there are over 10 games atleast(~600 euro), which they would like to get this fall.

I wouldn`t call this HUGE difference. Halo 3 had a HUGE hype.
Probably GeoW2 will be bigger in terms of sales in NA, but WW.. WW they have good chance to be on PAIR.

1) frame rate
2) pop-up textures
3) different glitches

a) Gears 2 (not a system seller)
b) Fable 2 (probably will buy same people as Mass Effect)
c) Banjoo (might dissapoint true fans and bomb like Viva Pinata)
Now, what`s left. PRICE. I remeber, GC costing 99$. id that helped Nintendo to break 25 mln. WW sales? NO.
Price is worthless, if you can`t play games, that you anticipate.
And come on, if someone wanted to play Gears, ...
with many gliches.
Well, 6 score game. If you enjoy such low quality games, then get it.)

anyway, it`s 3 years against 2 years.
next year is 3rd ps3 year, there will be plenty rpgs available(you know, to make rpg needed time, like 2-3 years).
and in the end, i wouldn `t be so proud of 15h rpgs like Too Human and Infinite Undiscovery.

Is Ferrari a good car? YES. But is it worth it`s money, does it has a good value, if it get`s BROKEN after 3 times usage? NO.
Game and Price+Activation problems - defines product VALUE. People review value of product, not only the content.

I always prefered console over PC, and one of reasons was:
you just insert disc and PLAY, that is what consoles about. =)
I don`t mind 1-2 min. INSTALLs between chapters or etc., because during that time my EYES can REST.
