Time, when for PS3 developing games was a hard thing is a PAST.
If most developers these days can provide same experience in MULTIPLATFORM games on PS3/x360, then there is no excuse for exclusive PS3 games developement with problems. =)
Just make GOOD game and you will have GOOD sales.

Bad or average games usually don`t sell, unless were advertised much.

Is having games like MGS4, LBP, Valkyria Chronicles, R2, Motorstorm: Pacifi Rift, Naruto:UNS, Uncharted, HS, Warhawak, NGS, Folklore and etc. = means losing?
Or incoming KillZone 2, Yakuza 3, Heavy Rain, Gran Turismo 5, Final Fantasy XIII:versus, White Knight Chronicles, God of War 3, InFamous, Uncharted 2, Quantum Theory, Final Fantasy XIII, Demon`s Soul, Resident Evil 5, Tekken 6, Bayonetta, MAG, Eyepet, Agency, Ico 3, Wardevil = losing???
PS3 will NEVER lose, ...
same thing was in 2007, same articles, till 2008, when PS3 started outselling x360 for almost whole year. =)
Yet, PS3 continued selling, GREAT AA games continued coming. =]

Because they are STUPID.
1) GC was CHEAPEST console on the market, still had LOW sales. PS3 is MOST expensive.
2) GC wasn`t selling in CRISIS, PS3 is, and still at 400$/€. If anyone expect, that at 299$ or by 199$ PS3 sales won`t increase atleast by 2 times, then he is ignorant blind fanboy.
3) PS3 has and is going to have MORE GOOD/GREAT exclusives games this gen, then both...

GTA3 and GTA3:SA didn`t sell 11-15 mln. in their first month.
LBP - is a GREAT game, it`s a MASTERPIECE. It will gain it`s sales with time. I`m totally positive about LBP, i worry more about Valkyria Chronicles, since that game is Tactical RPG, which genre is NOT VERY popular on consoles, lucky TRPG to reach 1 mln. sales. Yet, VC is a very GREAT game, try demo, and if you liked it, BUY.
Look what happened to Last Remnant, without installation of full dvd disc on x360 hdd it`s almost IMPOSSIBLE to play.

The only bad thing Sega did, releasing this game in November and not in Septmeber-October. Too many great games were released in last month. Not many people can afford over 10 games in 1 month.
YET, i hope this game will have good legs and people will buy more, just like Uncharted, which started with ~200k first week, and after 1 year reached over 2 mln. in sales.
