@Petebloodyonion
You are exactly making my point.
Despite Castlevania's critical success, Konami's treatment of their own employees and other practices coming to light have made #FUCKONAMI far more mainstream than the game could ever hope to be.
That is how Konami killed it.
No, Konami killed it. The media just brought them to light.
At this point, Konami couldn't even tempt me with naked chicks anymore (and the pervert that I am, that's extremely sad)
I don't care. Any company that can give us a game and then just like that decide they don't want us to play it (a la P.T.). I just don't care.
Never heard of Keeninformer...
Now THAT was fun!
Okay, that's it. Somebody needs to take Konami down!
Phil, Phil, Phil...
The future of single player games is only uncertain in the world of Xbox.
Konami can kiss my a**!
Don't really care if the game is good or not. It's Konami and I don't care to support any company that I know treats their talent the way they do. Goes way beyond Kojima.
I think somebody sold whatever little bit of their soul they had left to the devil for clicks.
This is coming from somebody who has neither played the game or knows anything about the story and is making statements that should only be made after an actual review.
Clearly just fishing for something to write...
That was their decision in not making XBox X exclusives. Also, PS4 Pro is not holding them back when it comes to 1st party and MS's own exlusive titles. If they had more of them.
Same thing happened last generation, but on the other foot. Sony stepped up their 1st party.
Sure Phil, sure...
At this year's E3, Microsoft finally officially unveiled its new console, the XBox180.
Limit Scorpio coverage. Show lots of games that are NOT Halo, Forza, Gears.
I'm laughing Gunstar because you seem to think that Sony has a history of nothing but sequels and Microsoft has been full of new IPs
(^o^)b
Good! I didn't expect PS4 games to be held back because of Xbox One and I don't expect Scorpio games to be held back because of PS4 Pro. We Gamers the deserve for the envelope to be pushed no matter who's got the stronger console. If the more powerful system can be held back because of parody clauses then there's not much point of trying to make the next system stronger than the competitors.
Whether Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo, parity deals make no f'n sense in gaming and is nothing but scummy cash move! This better not be the case Sony, do that s#!t on your own games. If people buy the Scorpio, let them enjoy it for what it is!
I don't think it's a matter of how beloved the Switch is because face it, people loved the Wii. I do think that Nintendo has to prove itself as a company that's willing to work with third parties though, to make developing games for them beneficial for both sides. I think that Nintendo maybe making a move in that direction, which would make gaming much more interesting for us all.
