Damn, I'm so close to just CQC-ing your ass and leaving you with stars running laps around your head!
Bubbles for being an adult.
Wow Peace, that'd be sick!
But that sounds more like the 2050 version then the 2020 version to me, lol!
Now is the time to bring on the 2020 version of The Glove littered with force feedback all around. That peripheral was ahead of its time but made no sense for the Nintendo 8-bit generation. Now in the age of VR it should be a no brainer.
I'm still wondering why we haven't heard anything about it.
That's it! Bubbles up for every F*ck konami comment I see!
I doubt that you'll every see this, but actually my point is that they need to build an actual library (or in this case, announce a library) of games for Japanese players before they buy into a console.
Japanese are not going to jump in and lay down that much money for a console with say, only 2 or 3 games they may be interested in when they have so much more variety to choose from in a direct competitor. I used to live in Japan during the 360 days. I can tell you that I ...
Read it again. AT LEAST $300.
Japanese have nothing against American products. Just ask Apple.
It's not the console, it's the games the Japanese don't want. Tell me which of MS's big guns are at all appealing to the Japanese market?
With the exception of maybe Rare Replay, those titles they gave were pretty much ALL for Western gamers. Did you see Sony's TGS conference? Over 100 games for Japanese players announced.
That's why I think comments of ...
Do Japanese play Halo???
Do we REALLY need a review this long after the games released?
Unless they've been able to completely avoid any media about this game, reviews made this later going to be biased because they can't go in with fresh eyes.
No, that was Kojima's last laugh. Many ppl already said MGSV would be their last Konami game.
Konami would get their last laugh if any of their games from this point forward manage to make any decent sales.
MGSV sold well. Konami did make money off the game, but Kojima also made his point that his games sell, despite the controversy.
All that remains to be said is whether Konami ruined their chances for selling future games in their tre...
Good, I'm glad.
It'd be hard for them to see how they've ruined their reputation if they don't get to see how their games tank.
Done with Konami.
Don't usually say things like this, but I think that was one TRULY ignorant comment.
Like saying "Meh, that E3 conference seemed to be only about Western games to me."
TGS has been around for how many years and you STILL haven't figured it out yet?
So what percentage of that number over there do you think was bought by Microsoft employees?
Hell no!
Dat dbl chinned girl is NOT Japanese!!!
This is Metal Gear though.
When has story NOT been front and center? The story has been what defined the series and made it such a cult hit.
Yeah, I don't think he's saying that PC gamers don't buy games, I think he's saying that you have to add the ones that don't pay into the equation as well. As much high as Steam numbers are, I would say that it's a pretty safe bet that the number of people who have the game on their computers is probably even more.
This comment was made by Carl on the DualShockers site and not by me, but it says exactly 100% what I wanted to say and so I think it deserves to be re-posted here.
Thanks Carl.

I am sorry for the end of the epic Metal Gear saga. I 'd love to see the old games (Metal Gear, MG2, Metal Gear Solid 12/3/4/Peace Walker) being remade with the Fox Engine, in a "Definitive Edition", but sadly it's out of the question now....
The possibility that Kojima's name is in the game 100 times BECAUSE Konami tried to essentially erase his name from Metal Gear history has never even occurred to you, huh?
It seems that someone at Konami has started to come to their senses just a little bit too late.
