Have you never played a GT game before??
In the career you spend a hell of a lot of time in the menus buying, selling and tuning cars, choosing races etc. If the menu was shit it'd make for a really bad gaming experience.
Games aren't ALL about the actual core elements, you know. The little things that often get overlooked have a large impact on how the game flows.
C'mon, they've hardly lied. More like changed their minds on a couple of things.
The way is reads I'm expecting it to be a game that's already announced and is this time being shown for the very first time.
Hence the 'revealing' word being used over 'announcing'.

But.. Kinect is a serious piece of hardware. However I dont think the games will do it justice. I think it's true colours will be shown in user made software apps. For games it's rubbish, for actual stuff it's good.

i bought the 3 month package because i was short on cash. i didn't get into plus exclusively to play betas.. only a idiot would do that. i got it for the free stuff.
at no point in the t&cs does it say a 3 month sub will not get you beta access, so excuse my ignorance and anger here, but i'm slightly annoyed i haven't got in seeing as i've done everything right.

Why would they get rid of something they've had since the first game? the licences are there to up your skills and increase your level. It's called a difficulty curve.
Plus if you're that desperate to get your fix there's the arcade mode..
