Ofcourse I've seen it. The major flaw in that demo is the far your have to have the Move.. two of them. It may be faster and 'better' than this but keep in mind that that demo was produced by Sony and this demo is produced by a regular consumer with a skill for programming.

Plus why do they have to be used for anything.. why can't they just be for fun? Tech demos they may be but they're very impressive tech demos. Kinect isn't about games.. I(ts shit for games. Why they decided the Xbox was a suitable platform for them to release it on I don't know.. just look at what PC owners are doing with it. )
It is however a serious piece of tech for applications and utilities.
