I wouldn't be surprised by a Killer Instinct 3, but that's not a "new" IP. I hope they're more hardcore games, rather than something for the casual crowd.
I knew that MS had something up their sleeve...they were not going to sit idle, not with Sony's solid '09 lineup on the way.

Vista sucks, but HD-DVD wasn't created by MS, but by Toshiba.
MS simply backed it as a competitor to Blu-Ray/PS3. I doubt that MS lost much, if anything, on HD-DVD. I don't think it impacted their gaming business in either a positive OR negative way, whereas Blu-Ray had been a driving force behind the PS3.
Good review. I was on the fence about this one--I have 800 MS points to spend--but I think this cinches my purchase.
Nicely done, and it's good to see a "PS3-centric" person keeping an open mind about a game on the 360. I wish more people were like that on this site.

It's not a bad player, but it can't compete in an already overcrowded market dominated by Apple. Kill it, and put more focus on the 360 and making sure that Windows 7 doesn't suck.
