Call of Duty 4 is quite possibly the greatest shooter of this generation. Modern Warfare 2 smashed those records and landed a ridiculous amount of sales, and then Black Ops went on to beat that.
Whatever you think about it being rehashed, the entire article is full of shit because on the basis of sheer numbers it's like claiming that Windows is obviously on a downward market trajectory.

Probably not. CGI trailer anyway. The series has a history of making crappy sequels, Uncharted 1 was incredible, Uncharted 2 was double-incredible and Uncharted 3 has me metaphorically frothing at the mouth. I'm not saying Tomb Raider will be bad, but we'll need details, and I don't think it's likely.
