give this man a raise
i assume theyre only looking at japan sales (way too low), either way though, 3ds did sell 3k more units than psp this week (world wide)
didnt they just, a little while ago, say that DQ10 is staying a wii title?
that what they said was taken out of context? they said they were still planning for DQ10 on wii but also looking into options on how to support wiiu at launch in other ways.
their statement of "we're not putting it on wiiu" turned into "were putting it on wiiu" because so called 'journalists' dont know how to read properly
i think sony said before the years over in NA and march in japan
for anyone wondering about jan 3rd with one day shipping, its because dec 31st is on a saturday and they dont ship on saturdays. its shipped that monday and gets there on tuesday, which is the 3rd.
its just a placeholding date lol
when i went to the store on release day i had to decide between killzone3 or bulletstorm... obviously killzone 3 won
that means hes using standard delivery and amazon expects it will take 5 days to ship to him.
how about ps3
ask me again after they have a game for it
meant* :) lol
i doubt microsoft would use gears if they wanted to control it... gears isnt a property of microsoft, at any time epic could port them over to ps3
they arent turning them down because they'll be on the ps3 also, its because these games arent viable to be run on microsofts cloud without raising the price that users pay per month.
im not sure how defiance will be run, but i would make the assumption that it'll be a persistent world in which microsofts cloud cant handle which will need 3rd party support. dust on the other hand will definitely need to be run on ccp servers to communicate with eve. microsoft has no b...
microsoft had said that they only allowed ffxi because they didnt believe xbox live was being seen as a viable online gaming platform so they let ffxi on to legitimize their service and that it wouldnt be happening anymore
what happened last year (or recently) that made microsoft more open with their networking policies?
super smash, and mario cart are fun games, ill give nintendo kudos for that, but im not going to spend 200$ to buy those two games again. their first party studios are going to have to stop relying on mario type games if they want me to care. nintendo isnt known for proving mature content so im gonna be pretty weary of buying another of their platforms
theyre going to need lots of exclusive, mature content. why would i buy your platform for my multiplatform games when i alrea...
yea, operation is my favorite mode
definitely wasnt because of 3d, amount of processing load your ps3 is under has little relation to network stress
theres no reason for you to tell the server if youre seeing 3d images or not, why would the server care what youre seeing? one has nothing to do with the other
dang sold out lol, i would have jumped on this
if it is only some games than it sounds like theyre going to use either a tri core probably clocked at 3.6 ghz (though 3.2 ghz is a possibility if they want a more competitive price) or a quad core probably clocked at 3.2 ghz. this would be alongside a gpu thats above the 360s gpu but not enough to use them for the physics systems that the ps3 is capable of.
what this would mean is that shooters (for instance) wouldnt be able to use shrapnel type attacks or have lots of proje...
things start as optional and move to mandatory.
its a way to get people to buy your hardware when they dont really want to buy it.
as long as games stay optional than thats cool, but if/when they start moving towards mandatory than im gonna be quite disappointed
was it confirmed that this would be possible? thats pretty much the same basic functionality that the wiiu will see between console/controller
would be interesting if sony beats nintendo to the punch
