hmm... theres almost 4.7 million copies sold on ps3 and 1.7 million on 360 (sold through to consumers, not shipped)
nintendo is the one that should stop them...
nintendo allows this functionality, capcom sees it as a tool and it using it to their advantage.
a little bit, not much, you mostly (almost exclusively) fly around in one of your ships.
though there are pictures of your character that other people can see. i suspect most people turn the pictures off though, theyre too big and take up a lot of the chat box space. i know i have the pictures turned off. i wouldnt even know if someone else had bought any of these items lol.
i havnt even opened the item shop, i dont really see any reason to, i dont want to sp...
less than 250k 3ds' have been sold in the UK lol, this isnt much of an accomplishment, its only ~50k sales
looking from a broader prospective...
~290k zeldas have been sold
~2.9m 3ds have been sold
10% adoption rate worldwide
pretty bad sales, but i assume it'll continue selling for a pretty long time. its getting some good reviews and is a flagship nintendo franchise. i wonder what their sales expectations were
@kweitstorm ya, ill try and find a link to the video that i saw later, but ya, they were saying you get the full game, no time limits or other limitations for the $5-10
they were also saying that ps+ members were gonna get access to the game before other people (like a beta test deal? im not sure they were confusing on this point), and that they were in talks with sony to give it out to + members for free
i hope a few third parties like SE or xseed jump on to doing this and put out some double packs of their games
would be pretty cool to see jeanne d'arc mixed in with something else also
i dont have a psp anymore, but this is a pretty good deal, i would buy a few of them from psn for when vita releases
why would they ignore the only platform that theyve had good sales on lol
looking awesome, pretty interesting that theyre going to incorporate the security levels in the game. i wonder if youre gonna have to get a ride with people playing eve to get to the planets in nulsec lol
they might just teleport you there, the travel time takes quite a bit of time sometimes lol
anyways, ya, im really looking forward to this. im glad sony has such an open stance towards letting people make games. he said next summer for release right? about a...
at e3 someone from ccp was saying they were looking into a $5-10 download price
"Sequels don’t simply have to be retreads of their predecessors, though – as long as you put some thought into them before you’ve even finished the first game: “The important thing is to try to define some key innovations to sequels in the early stages of pre-production,” Denny states in an article on Eurogamer, “to ensure the experience remains compelling and exciting for the consumers.”"
from the article
this guy hypes his game to no end, telling us theres gonna be all this cool shit in them, then when they release eveyrone buys it for the cool shit, but that cool shit is no where to be found.
he makes mediocre games that get hyped to shit
ya me too lol, he even went on record saying he was sorry for lieing in all the interviews.
he said he needed to build hype for his game and so he lied about features he had no intention of adding into the game, what a dbag lol
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL that list was horrible
who is they? sony didnt lol
why encrypt a password? passwords for a site isnt something normally included in a privacy policy, its something that can be assumed to be unique to that site. privacy policies usually only cover things like your address, age and gender.
an example are the 55,000 released passwords released through a torrent a little bit ago. those werent encrypted, anyone using these sorts of password protector things were just as vulnerable on th...
pretty big cut lol, they must be making quite a bit of money on every sale to be able to cut the price by about 100
the only really good password generator/protector will be changing your password constantly, only stopping so that you can log on, which isnt really something thats very possible, you'd probably get blocked by the places that you need to remember the password of
if someone finds your password in a database it doesnt matter if your password is "GÜ-3T₧!yÄ─6 20;☻9╣Vl╛5öYp⌡█", all they have to do is copy and paste it, password strength is irrelevan...
think of games that have no online component, if you saved too many times than you cant play the game anymore, at all. at least not past however far you can get without turning your console off.
online passes are a way to get money from people buying second hand, it doesnt really have much of an affect on people who buy the game new, this can have an effect on people who buy the game new, if they run out of save spaces they cant play anymore unless theye willing to buy anothe...
lol, if theyre doing this to prevent used game sales than theyre going down the wrong path.
so what happens when you fill up the cartridge but your sister or brother wants to try playing? they have to buy the game again?
pretty shitty for nintendo to even allow something like this
are they trying to associate transformers game with gears 3? lol
lots of games use unreal engine, though i dont have any stats its probably the most licensed out engine, its nothing special.
i dont even like the engine, i think it sucks balls, has screen tearing at just about every loading screen every time i play a game using it
mass effect 1+2 only sold ~5.8 million copies worldwide (retail, not counting DD) across all platforms ff13 sold ~6.4 million
