Not really, people got good FHD tv and not old SD tv (480p). It will take years to reach 40 or 50%. Dont go with all the marketing and Pr talk.

I hope for a huge bump on the graphics (756 rez or something like that was just sad) and much less screen tearing. Also much more gaming modes, more types of titan and content then the first game, that lack content.

Who cares, only hardcore gamers got 4k. it isnt mass market... Sony want another machine cheap for all gamers and not just 7% of gamers or something like this.
What will be funny is that in 2017 8k tv will start to appear and in 2018 they will be all over the market.

This could be one of biggest new i.p. of the year and its from a indie studio. Just amazing. Never did we get so much hype from a indie game. I think Sony hit another jackpot and they should have done a special bundle with a custom NMS console!!!!
