Ddr3 is only used in low end <$80 video cards now, gddr5 has been the norm on pc video cards for more than 5 years

What games have you been playing lol. And the resource usage in windows never report video ram used, only those used by CPU . So when you see a game use 3gb and you have a 3gb video card.., its already using more ram than next gen consoles can use
