Physical games take up 15-40 gigabytes as well, I have 5 disk games plus a couple digital ones (resogun,contrast), my HD only has 230GB left :(
You can buy one for $500-600 on eBay, resellers (scalpers) actually don't make much profit after eBay fees and shipping
I've played games that claim to be 60fos (kzsf mp for example), they sure don't feel like constant 60 FPS, I can see the slowdowns sometimes
