You hardly need a high end rig to play bf4 in > 900p or ac4 in >30 fps
Even if you don't have 4k screen now, anytime you decide to get one you'll have tons of games on pc that support 4k, same can't be said for consoles. And a 4k 60' TV doesn't cost $25000 anymore, it's now $3000 and dropping fast
