ME1 came over a year later just like bioshock...wait no it didnt
bigger and better than both the last BC and MW2. Upgrade system is much more fleshed out and on a per weapon basis. Vehicles done properly. Deforming terrain. More players in a match. Dedicated servers.
MW2 is a decent game, but this just has so much more to it, it's silly

Judging by Halo3's continued popularity, I'm guessing a LOT of people liked some parts of halo3's engine. So you're spot on with that one.
Some people here are forgetting there's more to the engine than just graphics. What if the parts they kept had to do with the multiplayer feel, and they just refined and tweaked them? I didn't even like Halo3 (when compared to halo CE) but I can't argue that the gameplay wasn't engaging and addictive and just plain fun.
OF GT5 in this article. Why the comparisons to a game that isn't even out yet, saaking?
The customization options alone in Forza make it a VERY different game. For those who want straight racing (along with near perfect physics incredible forcefeedback options, night racing, weather etc), GT5 will be there (eventually), for those that want tons of extracurricular activities (upgrades, paintjobs, game modes like cat and mouse/tag, photo/video shoots, and much of that can be posted...

Has already gotten a bunch of DLC, some free cars, title updates, sanctioned competitions with prizes, some great stuff. The community is already pretty large and still growing, lots of people with some really amazing stuff in their storefront and some large auctions going down. Some of the photos and replays posted by fans are absolutely off the wall. Just because you don't follow the game doesnt mean that nothing has been happening in the community
