Sony says they dont pay for exclusives, but no one knows what cheques are written. Devs tend to keep things as even and neutral as possible unless there is money involved.

more players in north america playing gears2 at any given time. Odds are you will be paired with a host that is in north america.
Unfortunately, this means that more EU players will be frustrated and stop playing, which means there is even LESS chance of EU players getting matched with EU hosts, etc etc... it is a rough cycle.
They seem to be looking to fix the online issues with dedicated servers in gears3 according to an article today

And aside from the occasional match, the lag isnt so bad these days, as long as your host is in your region. DEFINITELY room for improvement, but I still have a blast playing.
Sony busted their asses and took a lot of flak. But it's paying off and we all get a great console as a result.
Maybe tone it down a touch? That was pretty bad.

Took a great risk in releasing the most expensive hardware this gen. The timing of the recession just made things a little rocky for them. Nintendo and MS played a different card and it paid off for them, which is great. But without that risk that Sony took, the landscape of this gen would be very different. I think they will be just fine as their ps3 install base closes in on 360's
That's exactly what i needed to hear! I STILL play Skate, and thought skate2 was dogballs so I've been waiting to see if they could bring it back with skate3. I loved the demo, but sir, you just sealed it. Picking it up today
episodes released as DLC as well, the story doesnt end at the end of the game, there will be some replay value...
I just hope they're not cheap and the DLC is priced low... but knowing how MS tends to influence such pricing, I'm not holding my breath

I REALLY wish Behemoth would work on REAL DLC (new campaign) or an expansion pack or something. The game is incredible! I just want more levels. Screw that other "Battleblock Theater" game you're making. WE WANT MORE CASTLE CRASHERS!

Sure, 360 got a worse looking version... the game still looks great. Too bad it is a terrible game to playthrough.. let alone more than once.
I am still waiting for a good FFVI remake...psp, ds, HD, whatever. Bring back FF to the good old days.
